What 7 Days Can Do That 7 Years of Research Can't
You’ve watched the videos. Saved the pins. Read the blog posts.
But research can’t tell you how it feels to actually live it.
Can you handle the language gap?
Can you figure out the logistics?
Will the loneliness feel manageable — or not?
Will you thrive there, or just survive?
This tour gives you lived experience, not theory.
You’ll walk away knowing how to function abroad from day one, with confidence you can’t get from Google.

What You'll Learn
Visa and residency basics: what documents matter, what to expect, and how to prepare.
Daily life systems: healthcare, banking, housing, transportation, shopping.
Cultural integration: social norms, language basics, and how to plug into community.
Even if you don’t move to Albania, the skills transfer anywhere in Europe. The confidence does too.
Why Albania?
There’s a moment around day three when it shifts.
You’re sitting in a café you already know. The barista remembers your order. Someone asks for directions — and you can help them. You’re not performing travel anymore. You’re just living.
That’s when it clicks: you can actually do this.
Albania is the perfect practice country for Americans because it’s affordable, manageable, and real enough to teach the skills that transfer anywhere. You’re not committing to Albania forever. You’re learning how to move abroad well.
Albania feels like Europe’s quiet secret — honest, affordable, and alive.
It’s manageable enough to feel approachable, but real enough to teach what living abroad actually requires.

Live, explore, and see for yourself what life abroad can truly feel like.

What Past Tour Attendees Say

"I spent 18 months researching online."
The tour gave me more clarity in 6 days than I got in a year and a half. I moved to Portugal 3 months later.
— Sarah, 35
"I was 52 and thought I was too old."
Now I'm living in Valencia and I've never been happier.
— Lisa, 52
"The tour showed me I could actually DO this."
My wife and I went on the tour thinking we knew what to expect, and by the third day realized we weren't just dreaming anymore — we were planning.
— Marcus & Anna, 39

How much should I budget while on tour?
Plan on about $250–500 total spending money for the full trip. That’s enough to be comfortable without budgeting every coffee or meal.
What about flights?
I recommend comparing options early. The flights I’ve found have typically been around $900–$1,100.
“I’ve never heard of a tour like this. Is it legit?”
Yes. This is a real expat immersion experience, not a typical sightseeing tour. It was created to bridge the gap between online move-abroad content and the actual reality of living abroad — visa offices, apartment hunting, healthcare, and all the logistics people don’t talk about. I’ve lived in 4 countries outside the U.S. and traveled through 42, and this tour is based on what I wish someone had shown me before my first move. It’s also listed on Viator and TripAdvisor.
Why Albania? I was thinking Portugal, Spain, or Mexico.
Albania is an ideal first-country experience because Americans can stay visa-free for up to one year, it’s much more affordable than Portugal or Spain, it’s manageable in size, English is widely spoken in key areas, and the skills you learn here transfer anywhere.
What if I’m traveling solo? Will I feel safe?
Yes. Albania is one of the safer countries in Europe, and I’ve traveled solo there multiple times as a woman without feeling unsafe. You’ll also be with a small group, stay in vetted accommodations, and have support for all major activities.
Am I too old or too young for this?
No. Past groups have ranged from ages 28 to 61. What matters most is that you’re ready to stop waiting for the “perfect time” and start moving forward.
What’s the physical fitness requirement?
You should be comfortable walking 2–3 miles per day, using stairs, and standing for 30–60 minutes at a time. This is a cultural immersion tour, not a hiking expedition.
Can I bring my partner or friend?
Absolutely. Many people come with a partner or friend, and couple pricing is available. If one person is less interested, the tour may still help you get the clarity you need.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Let me know in advance and I’ll help you plan around them. Albania is fairly flexible for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free travelers, though some planning is helpful.
What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
That’s exactly why this tour exists. You can reserve your spot with a deposit, move to another date if needed, or use the free call to decide whether this is the right fit.
I don’t speak Albanian. Will I be okay?
Yes. English is widely spoken in Tirana and tourist areas, and I’ll help you with key phrases, translation apps, and real-world practice during the tour.
What if I realize I don’t want to move abroad?
Then the tour still did its job. It’s better to know after one week than after spending thousands on a move that wasn’t right for you.
How many people will be on the tour?
Groups are capped at 10 people, and most tours run with 6–8. Keeping it small makes the experience more personal and less chaotic.
What’s the accommodation like?
You’ll stay in a shared or private room (depending on the package you choose) in a centrally located guesthouse or small hotel in Tirana, Vlore, and Berat. Expect clean, safe, comfortable lodging with Wi-Fi and a private bathroom.
Do I need a visa to enter Albania?
U.S. travelers can stay in Albania visa-free for up to one year. You’ll just need a valid passport and proof of onward travel.
What if I have more questions?
Book a free 15-minute clarity call and I’ll answer your specific questions directly.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can reserve your spot with a $200 deposit, then split the remaining balance into monthly payments.
What happens after the tour?
You’ll get 30 days of email support after the tour, plus access to the community.
I’m ready. What’s next?
Reserve your spot now with a $200 deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before departure.
